SHIPPING TIME

  • Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery depending on the shipping method you picked on your checkout page. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. *Handmade orders need an extra 10-15 days to prepare.
  • Fast shipping and standard shipping are available.
  • PinkPinkSquishy does not ship to U.S. outlying territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and Federated States of Micronesia), sorry about that.
  • We offer shipping for most EU & Asia countries and the US, UK, and CA, some items may not be available for purchase in specific countries.

SHIPPING FEE

  • We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $75 (exclude products from the Material Collection).
  • A flat fee will be calculated on the checkout page, and it varies from the shipping country you choose.

INTERNET RETURN POLICY

  • You must contact support@pinkpinksquishy.com within 15 days of receipt of your order.
  • No returns will be accepted after 15 days of receipt of your order.
  • Any returns must be in saleable condition and original, unopened packaging.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
  • Should you receive a damaged product, please contact customer service at support@pinkpinksquishy.com with unboxing video of the items you received, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement or issue an refund as your choice.
  • We don't collect duties and tax fees for international orders, they may, or may not collected by your local customs authority. As only the recipient of an order can claim these fees back, we recommend reaching out to your local customs office directly for further assistance.
  • PinkPinkSquishy does not cover the cost of return shipping for international returns caused by non-quality issue.
  • When the shipping has been fulfilled but the delivery fails due to reasons on the part of the customer (e.g., unanswered phone calls, insufficient address information, wrong address, unable to gain access to the building), the customer will receive a refund excluding shipping costs.

APPLY REFUND

Our Guarantee: Return within 15 days of delivery.
If you received a defective product, please send your refund request to support@pinkpinksquishy.com including the following details:

  • Your order numbers.
  • Unboxing picture/video showing the problem/defect.

APPLY RETURN

  • You may return most new, unopened items in their original condition, sold and fulfilled by us within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, the shipping fee will not be able to be refunded if the refund is not caused by a quality issue.
  • You can also exchange an item if your return item wasn't purchased with a promotion, the return item isn't subject to a restocking fee, the return item was purchased with a credit or debit card.
